Proper Weight Loss Diet

_

Having a balanced weight is one of the most important criteria for body health. In addition, a balanced weight has a significant effect on the beauty of our fitness. A steady weight loss of 1 kilogram per week is recommended for the most effective long-term weight management. Of course, not all diets are effective; poor diet can harm the body. A person is considered obese when, according to standard defined measurements and scales, an increase in the accumulation of fat in that person’s body is confirmed. Diseases such as cardiovascular disease, stroke, respiratory problems, diabetes and sleep disorders are among the most common complications of obesity.

Standard measuring tools such as BMI should be used to determine obesity.

Having a regular schedule and of course following it is the first step in losing weight. Controlling the amount of calories in meals, increasing the body’s metabolism, exercising regularly and eating healthy foods are the most important parts of an effective diet. Aerobic exercises, swimming and walking help burn fat more.

Remember that exercise is effective in weight loss when combined with a healthy diet. The inclusion of vegetables, nuts and fruits in snacks reduces appetite. In addition, nutritious foods such as date products, which provide a lot of energy to the body, can play an important role in weight loss. Furthermore, getting enough protein and carbohydrates is essential for the body. Eating a recommended amount of vitamins and protein helps preserving your health and muscle mass while losing weight. Common sources of naturally occurring carbohydrates include: fruits, dried fruits, vegetables, milk, nuts and seeds. Healthy protein sources also include: meat, fish and seafood, eggs (whole eggs with the yolk) and plant-based proteins such as beans, legumes, quinoa, and tempeh.

It can be said that a proper weight loss diet for people with different physical conditions is defined differently. But in general, losing weight does not mean skipping daily meals. Rather, it means including all the nutrients necessary for the body’s health, avoiding overeating, regular exercise and controlling fats and harmful carbohydrates which body gets.
