Pyarom and Shahabi dates; Similarities and differences

Pyarom dates

Shahabi dates have a larger core and are longer in length than other dates. The fructose, sucrose and glucose levels of Shahabi dates are 0 to 49%, 0 to 16% and 16 to 67% respectively. Shahabi dates contain a variety of vitamins such as A, B, C and E, and minerals such as iron, calcium, potassium, iodine and magnesium.
